Chiparoc, LLC is pleased to offer the following option(s):
7.1/2 H.P. Automatic Recycle System
- Reclaimed material is automatically returned to the silo.
- 7.1/2 H.P. blower system with TEFC motor, coupling, inlet filter, relief valve and check valve.
- Collection pod with 3” connections.
- 15’-0” of 3” hose.
- Start / Stop push button control panel. Included in the central collector controls if central collector is purchased.
- 3” return line on the silo is the responsibility of the customer.
Automatic Rescue System:
- This system utilizes proprietary PLC software to alert the operator of a collection hopper overfill issue and begin running the optional automatic recycle system in an accelerated mode to clear out the overfill.
- A panel mounted red light which is activated by the hopper bin indicator.
- A panel mounted yellow light indicates the system is running in “Auto Rescue Mode”
- The optional recycle system will automatically return to the regular recycle mode 30 minutes after the red light clears.
Rotary Vane Feeder / Upgrade
- 6” Rotary Vane Feeder with replaceable steel tips in lieu of the 6” butterfly valve listed in the base quote.
- Allows for a more consistent and measured discharge rate.
- Includes a bolt-on transition mount.
- Additional electrical starter located in the control box and required programming.
- Factory mounted and wired.
Dust Collection Shroud / 5’-6” x 8’-6”
- Designed for Boost-A-Load type mixer trucks.
- Heavy duty construction of 10-gauge plate and channel iron frame.
- Complete angle iron hanger system with top mounting brackets and chain.
- (2) mounting rings for customers 14” ducting are shipped loose for customer installation.
- 60” x 1/8” PVC curtain is bolted on all four sides. Customer is responsible for cutting the entry hole the mixer trucks.
- Requires a minimum of 5000 CFM for best performance.
- Customer choice of two-part polyurethane paint in grey, white or tan.
- Installation is the responsibility of the customer.
